We know that we’ve been quiet for some time - sorry for the silence. Today we are announcing that Mayday has been acquired. While we can’t share specifics at this time, we want to thank you all for joining us on this journey.

This means that we’ll be sunsetting all Mayday products and services, on May 5, 2024. Here's what you need to know:

  • As of May 5, 2024, our products and services will no longer be available. For our current users, you may continue to use the app until May 5, 2024. On this date, the app and any affiliated services will cease to function. This notice serves as our formal notice of termination to you with respect our Terms of Service, which will formally terminate on May 5, 2024.
  • As of today, no new users will be able to create an account with Mayday and existing users will not be able to subscribe to any new products or services.
  • For users with active Scheduling Links, these links will also cease to function on May 5, 2024. Please ensure that you transition to an alternative scheduling link provider before this time.
  • We will not be sharing any customer data or account information with our acquiror. Once the product is sunsetted on May 5, 2024, we will delete all data on our databases [in accordance with our data retention and destruction policies].
  • Your unique calendar data will continue to exist within your respective Google/Outlook calendar accounts, but any Mayday-specific data (i.e. Flexible Tasks) will be deleted.
  • We encourage you to export any Mayday-specific data (i.e. Flexible Tasks) that you may require before May 5, 2024. Click here for instructions.

If you have any questions related to the sunsetting of our products and services, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at: help@mayday.am. We will be monitoring this inbox until May 5, 2024.

Once again, thank you for your support.

Until we meet again,

The Mayday Team
